Refund Policy

At AmigoPro Business Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality enterprise services. Due to the nature of our B2B operations—which involve significant upfront allocation of strategic time, human resources, and intellectual property—our refund policy is strictly defined.
1. Retainer & Ecosystem Agreements
Monthly retainers for services (e.g., Fractional CFO, SEO, Marketing Operations, IT Support) are billed at the beginning of the cycle. These fees are strictly non-refundable. If a client wishes to cancel a retainer, they must provide a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle. We will continue to provide the agreed-upon services until the end of the paid billing period.
2. Project-Based Work (Web Dev, Branding, Audits)
For standalone projects, payments are typically structured in milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
- Upfront Deposits: The initial deposit is non-refundable once the discovery phase or initial work has commenced, as it covers the immediate resource allocation and strategy development.
- Milestone Cancellations: If a project is cancelled by the client mid-development, the client is liable for the pro-rata cost of the work completed up to the date of cancellation. No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.
3. Physical Goods & Sourcing (Corporate Identity)
For manufactured physical goods (ID cards, VIP kits, diaries), all sales are final once production begins. If items arrive damaged or with printing errors directly caused by our manufacturing facilities, we will replace the defective items at no additional cost. We do not offer cash refunds for manufactured goods.
4. Third-Party Costs
Any funds allocated for third-party expenses (e.g., Ad spend on Google/Meta, Government fees for RJSC/Tax filings, Server hosting costs) are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are paid directly to external vendors.
5. Requesting a Cancellation
To request a cancellation of services, please email your dedicated Account Director or our official support channel at hello@amigopro.net with your company details and the reason for cancellation.
